Wednesday Night Pub Run

Our weekly 3/5 mile run & pub night!

Everyone knows beer is a solid recovery drink after a run or a cardio workout, and we have a group that runs every Wednesday with this mantra! Followed by our 3/5 mile run, we make our way to one of the local bars and grab a drink! All levels of runners (as well as those who abstain from drinking) are welcome on this fun run. We have a couple of favorite bars we like to visit, but if there is a bar you’d like us to feature, let us know! We are contacted by various places and would love the chance to try new things!
